September 2014 - CEC Applications

I believe anand reddy has applied under PNP and not CEC. If you see the PNP applications for Sep. 2014 thread, the discussion is about receiving MR.

Yes, I was kidding. There is something different with Anand application. If you look at the sheet he is only person got AOR after 152 days from application received date. Everyone else got with in 140 days period. Anand has to confirm which type of application he is having with CIC.

How did you possibly join a new firm on the next day of your work permit exipry. Didn't they ask for your SIN Number to verify. if there very are not worried it shouldn't be a problem I guess. Only thing is its better to have the doining date before the expiry of PGWP. purely my opinion. Not sure if its correct.

I gave them the copy of my expired work permit, copy of the work permit extension application(which proves that i am on Implied status with a open work permit condition), my sin with CRA printout.
I told them that i am on Implied status and got them a print out from CRA about "SIN on Implied status" which says sin is valid till a result is finalized.
Employer said that they will verify with their company lawyers and dint not come back with any negative comments. (So i guess its valid but still scared about our "superheros- The CIC Visa officer's" knowledge on this)

This has always been A GREY area.

What do you mean by companies official name changed? Is your company acquired by another company?
