Tried - it says they are unable to identify me which should be right cause I don't have any numbders other than my UCI. Wondering people would get a new UCI once AOR issued...

Nope u dont get a new UCI .. ur UCI number is constant for the rest of ur life with CIC.

What do you mean you can login to ecas? Are you able to see your application status that something like In Progress but you still did not get AOR in email?

Nope u dont get a new UCI .. ur UCI number is constant for the rest of ur life with CIC.

May not be correct. My UCI has changed in the past 2 years :-[ :-[ :-[
