September 2014 - CEC Applications

Folks,
My application has been returned with a note that- "Your application is not accompanied by the original results of the IELTS". I sent the same TRF as I got from IELTS, India. Is there any other TRF which is maintained by IELTS other than the ones that they send to the candidates? I am surprised by this note as I sent what I got from IELTS. Am I missing something which I need to request to IELTS?

Any help faced similar situation in the past will be of great help to me in re-sending my application. This forum has been a great help to me so far and I really appreciate it.

This makes me scared.. As even I sent my TRF IELTS Scorecard,
as my Original was lost by Canada Post and never reached me..

Is there any other format sent by British Council? I also sent whatever i got from BC and it says Test Report Form on left top.
My application was recieved on 22nd Sep and my CC is not charged yet.

I am running out of patience now.

Guys my file reached Sydney on 12 sep after that no reply and even my bank draft not cashed yet what to do I called td bank to many times they always say it is outstanding suggest what should I do now

I called TD thousands of times and each time I received different answer. Finally, one intelligent representative told me to go in any TD branch with Copy of draft's receipt and they told me it was encashed on 13th of November. I would suggest visit your nearest TD branch with your draft receipt.

@ Harsha5877 Did you attach anything other than DOB certificate to prove you are Indian citizen?

Well this has also happened with many people. The point is not that your IELTS is not original. They have a standard template that they send when your documents dont abide to the requirements. Look out for highlighted markings on the cover letter and match it with the checklist. I'm sure that its not the IELTS marksheet error.

What do you mean? I just sent one of the 2 forms I received from the IELTS, they both just had the test results on them. Is there something else?

he just want say: the return letter is just a template , e.g they will list all the possible return reason on it, but VO just check box some items which is for this current case.

i suggest u go in person to the branch and ask them to chk carefully since some of those ppl dont knw wht they r doing ..ask someone like a supervisor or manager or some one with experience

I agree with Maria speak to a supervisor or manager as the tellers have no idea how to find the information. I always asked a supervisor to check and they were really good. She even gave me her card so I can ca her directly and I kept harassing her every other day lol

Oh you are late to get AOR. What happened? Just kidding . You may have to wait more time. You can expect your cc or dd charged this year and AOR next year. Good luck

no one who applied in sep has received AOR yet, its taking more than 3 months for sure
