Well, the only thing which we can do is wait. My application was received on 15th September and my Payment is also not processed. This waiting is very difficult.

Hi guys,

Does the Money Order takes more time to be cleared than Credit Card Payment. (I don't think so. With some credit cards it takes upto 2-3 days to clear the payment and appears on the statement. Whereas, for the MO or Certified Cheque is already a kind of bank note with the specified amount and so clears in a day)
Also, most of you have applied to Ottawa , but on cec website it says application needs to be send to Syndey Office. (Any applicant across the World applying under CEC class must send their file to CIO-Sydney. However, based on the option you selected on IMM0008ENU-Generic Application with 4. column you can request the CIO to transfer your file to any country or Application Processing Centres Across the World where you want it to be. So it doesn't matter or affect your file and so the VO after initial assessment issues AOR and transfer the file to the requested processing center)

I'm an applicant whose file was received in Sydney Office on 12th September , and my money order was not cleared since last friday .
Any Suggestions ? (Just relax and wait your fingers crossed. Good Luck!!)

If CC charged, does it mean the application is completed? Is it possible that after a long long time waiting the application would be returned with a reason that some documents are not included?

No, after the credit card has been charged your application may be refused, but not returned. The big difference between this 2 terms is that returned means that the person at CIO Sydney didn't approved your application because there was something missing, in this case you won't pay anything. If the person at CIO Sydney is happy with your application and charges you the fees, it means that all document are included and they'll charge you the fees. If this happens, they won't give you your money back if they refuse your application.

I once made a mistake in my support doc,

and before get any reply , I once done an enquiry and upload related doc,

today, I get an email from them , it is not an automatic email .

in general , it is a way worth to try to upload file , there is a chance which may help correct your wrong files after submission and no one ask more files.

You email them or used some website to upload & share the updated info with them?

because it say, if you have important update, I ignore other condition like process time. ( I update my offer letter with correct signature date )

I get reply after one month, they say they will merge my doc if it is in time.


so the normal process time just scare someone.

if you think it worthy a try, then try it, I don't guarantee anything.

they don't say no, just say, if it allow you do it, you can have a try.

so I treated it allowed. and try.

about your question . someone met exactly same problem, and update successful. I don't remember clearly. maybe you need mail it . not email or else .

Hey miglop2014, I just realized that my BOWP was actually mailed in Nov 17 and delivered in Nov 19. I have updated the BOWP sheet accordingly.

Oh.. you update information only for selected countries??? List out all country names from your db. : : :
