How long did it take you to get Decision Made/passport request after you submitted RCMP Criminal Record Check?

I have my record check to be sent to CIC in Ottawa directly from RCMP this month

They received my rcmp 3 weeks ago. No news abt ppr

I submitted my application in December 2013, got medical & RPRF request on January 30 2016, paid RPRF the same day and did medicals on February 5 2016, still waiting for PPR.
