Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Under Canada’s immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

Sincerely,

hi aarti
This is the standard reply of ndvo....like your case...m also waiting for mr from last 4 months..my consultant told me that till now we r under timeframe so no need to raise gcms..moreover they hide information in gcms too...thus its just wastage of time and money...the one thing we all can do is...just pray...and wait

yes , but if it was in registry then they might have said that the file is awaiting review with a case officer , so we can assume that the file may not be in the registry as many were concerned with their due dates. i hope our senior members can interpret that message better.

Hi guys,

Got MR request yesterday!

NOC 1123
App Rec 22nd September 2014
PER 6th Jan. 2015
Photo Req 6th Feb. 2015
MR 20th July 2015

Hi All,

I received an email from BWJ yesterday asking for additional documents.

-Contract of employment, job offer letter, payslips and bank statement showing corresponding salary deposits
-Explanation as to how you became a digital trafficker including education/courses taken
-Updated original police certificate(s) for you and your spouse from India
-Updated original police certificate(s) for you and your spouse from the United Arab Emirates

I have a question on the second point. What should I mention in the explanation letter? I received all training in-house but have no certificate which proves that i attended those trainings.

As I gained experience I became superior in this field and started working as Digital Trafficker.

Any suggestion?

Regards,
Sarvesh

Hello friends..... Sorry for delay......
Want to share my landing experience...I landed on 1 July 2015. that was Canada day...no need to fill B4 forms. , pics for jewellery. No need to fill per PR application form....
I prepared lots of excel sheets B4 forms, jewellery pics. They didn't check....I reminded 3 times about all the forms but they said OK don't need. They just need ur copr. And ask for funds even they DonT look the proof. Again I reminded that I have proof and DD. They said its OK. Within 10 minutes they issued our SIN no...... So wonderful experience...... So I m in Edmonton... But my port of entry is Toronto..... So all done at Toronto.
Thanx Sukh bains.
