PER received date: 30-Dec-2014

Note: I have received a mail on 2-Feb-2015 from "Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca>"

What is the role/importance of AOR, is it mandatory to have AOR?

If so how do I get one.

Hi I am an Aug end/ Sept 2014 applicant for NOC 3142. My bank informed me that my DD was encashed on 14/12/2014. But I have not heard anything from CIC yet and I am really worried and stressed regarding my application. I am losing my patience and wondering what has exactly happened with my application. I had used an agent from New Delhi and when I ask them they tell me that there is a delay in acknowledgement. Is there any way I could contact CIC or find out about my application !!! Is there anyone in the same situation as me !!! Please share your thoughts and kindly provide some information so that it can help me to find out the status of my application. Thanks Cry Sad

have they updated ur second line in status or sent u email regarding transfer of ur file?

Actually, CIO email me that they have transferred my file to London.

Quoting from Yameen. Thanks to him that he posted such a detailed procedure of how to call CIC call centre and get you UCI number. Try this. All the best.
2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1). Do i need to press 1 six times...Not able to reach operator and it is getting no where

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth. ----> Does it got change /please tell me the right number

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

6. As soon as you get to the agent, just ask for the UCI#. They do not have any status information for FSW applications. Agent will ask for your last name, first name and date of birth. After some seconds, you will have your UCI#, if they have started processing your app.

I got AOR from Warsaw, I have wrote an inquiry to them to confirm whether its a planned activity from CIC or its by mistake.

I dont have problem with Warsaw office processing our application, how/ever, I am still wondering on how the Passport stamping will work in the Warsaw situation?...would we have to send our passports to Poland?

Do you think the visa office will ask for the PCC again.

Looks like you have received your AOR on 2nd Feb. Please share the content of Letter for us to see if it is AOR or not.

My application date is 10th September under NOC 0111, received PER on 19th December. Still waiting for MR request. Is there anyone who has received request for MR.

Seniors can any one tell me how long will it take to get MR request.

Almost same Timeline as yours. Seems lik NDVO is still processing MRs for Nov n before applicants. Hopefully in a week r so our turn will come.

I am Sep 18 Applicant. PER received on Jan 6. Got e-mail from LVO on Feb 10 for re-submission of photographs. Sent and received on 18 Feb. Wonder why only LVO asking for re-submission of photographs cause sent with application were according to specification. I'm really worried that this will delay the processing further. When should I expect MR :'(? Waiting and waiting is really annoying. Good luck to all applicants. May Almighty bless us all.
