For ECAS you used your UCI as you already are in Canada ?
Or you call them to ask.
As I am already in Canada I have UCI but my ECAS is not active my CC was charges Dec 16

if you are already in Canada, then its the same UCI you got before for your entry visit to Canada, it never changes.

Guys please do not panic. You are worried too much and you are pressuring a lot of anxiety on your nerve system. Kiss stay calm. We witnessed in the last few days before the end of the year a storm raining CCc and PERs. After each storm there is silence.
