Hi everyone I am so worried! My husband is principal applicant he has applied in noc 0311 i.e manager in health care . We both are dentists . We are sept 5 th applicant cc charge on 25 November and no per yet??? Can we expect to get per before year ends at least

I have applied under 0311 also based on Hospital management experience, received Oct 03, still waiting for DD charge & PER.
Good to see a fellow 0311 applicant, doesn't seem like too many on the forums, Best of luck with getting your PER soon!!!

Cheer up bro... I'm not in that NOC, but I heard a lot from the seniors it will take 20 to 40 days to get PER from charge...

As per DHL tracker, CIC received my application under NOC 2171 on 26 November 2014. Since then I have not received any reply from CIC. I am afraid that the cap for 2171 was filled by the time they received my application so they might not consider it however; I am not sure on this.

Now, if my application is refused then I want to go for Express Entry in January 2015 however; I have no information regarding my documents and current application. Can any one help me with how can I get my application status?? Second, if it is refused then when I would receieve my documents back??

I would really appreciate your replies and suggestions as I am really confused on what should I do and what not. I hope for your reply soon.

I think you are in hurry...CIC now charging september applicants you should wait and have patient .
if you file rejected or capped go for express Entry...but most important thing have patient

If you are capped for sure, they will return your whole package of application via snail mail, which will take (at least 2, or up to 6) months to arrive at your hands (if not lost first). It depends on the country of your address. Anyway, please do not waste time waiting to receive your old application, gather them all over again in order to apply through EE ASAP...

its strange ,because i am noc 1111 , app 4 sep , dd charge 24 sep

you must PER receive within 15 days form 17 Dec onwards . I guess you email CIC as well
