You will have to call DHL call center to get to know who received your application. They dont update it online. Moreover Completeness check is going on for September applicants so now if u call CIC they will tell that they dont have any info.

Excel sheet suggest they have already done completeness check for 28/Aug application. Some of the late aug have got rejected.
I think they must have already started opening envelopes for Sep. Or they will start very soon.
Might happen sooner never know. As 3 nocs are already capped. I think they are really picking up speed.

Eagerly waiting here. I hope you assumption is close to the actual CIO progress. No one knows but I also assumed that 1st week September applicants may start getting cc charge end of this week or early next week. Just a wise guess 17 Sept. DD applicant here though So I am expecting 1st week or 2nd week Dec. I hope it would be earlier than expected. Cheers!
