i have a question.I am 11 Sep applicant.I have submitted each and every document along with my file.I just realized last week that i had sent them MIGHT BE wrong pictures.as i just read that passport photos and immigration photos are not same.im so tensed.please advise me if my file will be returned or they will ask me to resumbit photos.if my file is sent back will i get notification by email that my file is on its way back ?

immigration pictures and passport pictures are totally different. And if you go by CIC guidelines and instructions they clearly mentioned if the guidelines are not followed your application will be returned back to you.

sorry to say but looking at the previous records and experience people shared there are 99% chances that your file will be returned. And unfortunately there is no notification given to the applicant about the rejection. you will get to know once you receive your file, which you generally receive almost after 1-1.5 months of them rejecting it.

My work experience was with Hindi school (Noc 4214), will they reject my case because of this?


PS- my reference letter is in English, rest all docs are in english, IELTS overall -7, etc.,

go ahead and file the application.
they are looking for your teaching experienence regardless of your medium of teaching. You have given IELTS to prove your english efficency therefore i don't think there is any problem in submitting the application.

Also once you reach canada there is a special certification you need to do to obtain the teaching license .. regardless of how much experienence you have in india.

Immideatly send your file again prepare all documents and arranged ilets and police clearence certificate and new photographs bank maintained certificate and all ECA REPORT ALONG WITH COPY OF DEGREE NOTRIZED AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE ALONG WITTH PAYMENT METHOD DD OR CC

MAKE IT AS EARLY AS POSIBLE IT WILL TOOK U ANOTHER 100 dollar expense but will save u cause after 31 dec it is almost next impossible for 3rd world nations to b a part of Canadian immigration

Can I earn points against adaptability criteria as one of my cousin brother (My Aunt's Son i.e. My Mother's Sister's Son) is living in Canada

If yes what documents I would be requiring to proof the relationship ??
