My Application was Delivered on 15th Sept ,signed By Mike,No PER received yet.Can some one tell me when we can expect their Acknowledgement? Thanks and god bless

Hi All,

I have few questions regarding FSW 2014. I am planning to send my docs to CIC in this week only but before sending to them i want to clear my few doubts.

1) do we have to send all passports ? Old and current both

2) Do we have to send all marksheets including secondary high school ? ( I mean 10th grade and 12th grade as I am from India)

3) Can we use paperclip for binding those documents and forms as they are many ? I can say around 70 pages.

4) I am unable to fit all pages in CIC mentioned envelope which 9" x 12" ... so what should I do ?

If anyone can answers above questions then it would be great for me.

that's a minor thing, however the sheets on which you have taken the print outs of forms should be only A4 sheet
If anyone can answers above questions then it would be great for me.

Guys i want to ask about a query that i sent my documents on 20th Sept, 2014. My IELTS would be expired on 23rd of Jan, 2015. Would that be ok as my application is expected to reach there tomorrow.

Hopefully you will receive PER by Jan. Do one thing, Give IELTS test and be ready with IELTS results. Avoid last minute hassle.

If i will give IELTS again then my scores would be superseded with my new scores. Don't you think it will make issue.

Hopefully you will receive PER by Jan. Do one thing, Give IELTS test and be ready with IELTS results. Avoid last minute hassle.

As well I have changed my home address after I got married and the national ID is still showing the old address, is this an issue as well ?

My Dear, I explained this earlier in another thread. Your IELTS will be Valid, don't worry about that. There is something called the Lock-in date. This is the date in which your application was received. Your application will be treated according to the forms version, rules and procedures that were in place on that date. So when you application was received, your IELTS was valid.

Hey, did you mail your application already or in the process of filing int?

Since your national ID is still valid and a new one will be issued after the date of your submission I see no issue in enclosing it. Just explain the discripancies with your marital status in a cover letter, and provide marriage certificate.
Same thing with your address - just provide CIO with one from your national ID since officially it's your current address at the moment.

I have applied thru an authorized agent who is a member of Indo-Canadian chamber. I have also filled the use of representative form. He is genuine and has helped few of my friends to get PR n settle in CA/AU/IR etc.
He has sent my application for NOC 2171 and it will reach Sydney,CA on Wednesday 24th...

Does this benefit? Do they have some privileges of being a member in submitting applications? And Is the time period of getting PR thru them is less ?
Though being professional in this field, he has not promised anything.

M just curious to know....

now just wanna to know that i have applied for educational assessment through WES ..... got my transcripts ... now i have to courier it on a given address... plzz give me the address where to be courier these transcripts??? ... and fees is $201 .or $299.. ??

Also my expected date of Ielts result is about 6 dec 2014... can i apply ... ??

and i have to submit this.....1) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] 2) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 3) Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ........ and all 11 forms at once or step by step...

And do i need a laywer who signature are req on my application... someone told me you need an laywer who will charge around $1200 for it ???
