Guys,
on the main FSW 2014 thread, a valuable member (forum name - ToCanadawithLove - unfortunately he got his file returned) has posted "Reason of Returns Letter" written by CIC to him. he has uploaded the whole letter.

This is the checklist which CIC use to verify whether our applications are complete or not (when they receive our applications at CIO -NOVA SCOTIA)​

so i request to you (everyone) who is going to apply, please read this document carefully and make sure you do not make any mistake which is listed.

My application was received on Sept 4 (NOC 2173) and I have realized that I missed to put names in native language in 5669 background declaration form, is there a way I can correct it ?

Can I goahead OR wait for EE. Please suggest.

And how much time it will take ECA report to reach india through standard post.

I have send payment form IMM5620(03-2013) , after sending the form i found the new form has been updated . My payment amount is same . My baby is just two and half years , so no chance to cross 19 years limitation. i have paid 1250 CAD for me , my spouse and my little baby . so my payment amount has no problem but when i filled up the form the form was the previous one . i am worried. Can any one tell me , do i need to submit updated form or the previous one is ok , my payment amount is correct and my little one does not cross 19 years limit. Plz advice...........Plz ............Plz...........Plz

ive seen applicants missing the same and got PER. also read on the forum & got checked from one consultant that it is not a issue for rejection.

Hi guys,

Good to see this post.. very helpful.

I have applied thru an authorized agent who is a member of Indo-Canadian chamber. I have also filled the use of representative form. He is genuine and has helped few of my friends to get PR n settle in CA/AU/IR etc.
He has sent my application for NOC 2171 and it will reach Sydney,CA on Wednesday 24th...

Does this benefit? Do they have some privileges of being a member in submitting applications? And Is the time period of getting PR thru them is less ?
Though being professional in this field, he has not promised anything.

M just curious to know....

Well the applications recived on 23 may are in process now adays I will mail u or text u a link of spread sheet of google doc where u will hav an actual picture

No i don't agree on this information why because

1. spreadsheet is based on estimation data
2. Also people who sent their application in may where previous applications who were rejected due to one or other thing or their cap got filled, because FSW 2014 was launched on May 4 and i am sure no one can file the application in may itself unless their application was ready earlier and they only included the ECA report.

which makes me come to the conclusion that pending applicants sent their application in May and Mid July creating the rush after that the applications will reduce.

I may b wrong and i hope above explanation makes sense but i believe May and Mid july will be busy but after that it will be faster. So i am guessing November or max mid november CIC will start reviewing SEPTEMBER applications and people will start getting emails or replies from CIC.

that's a minor thing, however the sheets on which you have taken the print outs of forms should be only A4 sheet
If anyone can answers above questions then it would be great for me.
I tried answering to the best of my knowledge, end decision you have to take because it's your application
