I have seen several posts by applicants confirming that their application submission date in September. Last legit post I saw was 16th September application who confirmed his CC got charged.bkss said:

I wish that is so but the way cic is working this past days, I think 3rd week of dec for non hot noc is more realistic for per. Maybe for hot noc per next week is likely that is if cic keep this pace in their workload. That's just my estimate. PER is about 10/14 days from d applicant CC/DD charged date from d past trends. The earliest charge i guess was on d 21st of Nov, dat means PER probably from Dec 3rd upward. I hope CIC follow my prediction.sparkfire said:
