September 2014 applicants

there are plenty august applicants as well whose DD or CC not charged. Sometimes depending on NOC or the complexity of your application package the time frame exceeds.

for example if there is an applicant who is bachelor with no dependents and only 1 year experienence he/she may get their file processed easily.
however an applicant with 3-4 dependents and with 10-15 yrs of experienence can take time.

more paperwork more time taken to validate ... and NOC plays a important role as well

Just wondering .....

Do they charge first before start working on our file?

In case of no charge, shall we consider ourselves out of game (refusal)

after checking your application for all documents received they charge your CC / DD.

Then the file is sent to your local visa office for further investigation or background checks.

My app got returned today. Bec the pfficer is not convised that i am doing the description of the job. Although i got a work permit using same reference letter and it includes one dutie from the hsdr website

Try to revise your application and submit as fast as you can for FSW will end this Dec 31. If not possible, prepare for EE. Good luck with your endeavors and thank you for updating the thread.

Probably not. When you receive your whole package back, most likely it is on completeness check process.

No i haven't. I dont know how to fix it tho. As i don't understand what's wrong. Probably it is bec my tittle on the reference letter is different from the one on the application. But i called cic and they told me it is fine.
