What's wrong with DDs?? I had both options at the time of submission, but I chose DD because some banks stop payment from CC when there is a big amount withdrawal.. Only due to this fear I sent DD with my application, so that there would be no delay at time of encashment... Now they are too much slow with DDs..

Hi guys,

I submitted my file to receive CIC on 23rd September. NOC 4214. DD. Good to be joining this forum to know fellow human beings who are stressed to the max hoping and waiting for some news.

As I see there are no movements for people with NOC 4214. I am not complaining considering the minimum number of applications (50 plus) but any information on this NOC will be soothing to hear.

Hi,

CC charging is the first indication that our file has started moving from the heap where it was stored till now. It is just a part of the screening step. It is the second step after checking that all our documents are in order; forms have been filled up as specified; signatures are in the right places and all required forms are received. Following it they assess the points and if we meet the minimum 67 points required, PER (Positive Eligibility Review) is sent. After PER is sent we are quite comfortable. This means that as per CIO our application is complete. Then it is all with the local VO to assess our application, background verifications, medicals etc.

eh i m 100 percent sure got sms from the bank
well all of the guys who applied through credit card must call bank and tell them to add memo if they are charged for canadian dollars they will exxcept the transition without confirming from card owner and do chk the international limit of credit card

Can anyone success on charging Credit card can comment on below please??? -
I use credit card method for payment and I informed to bank that I will be in Canada till December and asked them to allow payment from Canada. Is that step adequate or do I need to inform bank that there will be payment in Canadian dollars and request them to authorized the transaction? please comment

I am yet to submit my application. could you please reply to my questions??
1) Can i pay my Application fees using my credit card?? ( 550 CAN $).?? - yes you can.
2) should i submit reference letter from previous employer?? - yes you can provide your service letter for previous employment
3) is birth certificate mandatory for accompanying spouse?? - that i am not sure. i am single applicant. hope others can help you with that.
4) i have fixed deposit in nationalized bank. can i submit that as a proof of fund?? - yes you can. get the confirmation letter from bank.

Please reply at the earliest.
