Can you please share more details about your app? E.g. Is it arranged employment? Are you in canada? Bec i ve noticed that some ppl from August are still waiting for their CC to get charged! Like how does cic work? By recieving date? Or do some app have more priority?

Hi guys,
I am yet to submit my application. could you please reply to my questions??
1) Can i pay my Application fees using my credit card?? ( 550 CAN $).??
2) should i submit reference letter from previous employer??
3) is birth certificate mandatory for accompanying spouse??
4) i have fixed deposit in nationalized bank. can i submit that as a proof of fund??

Answers below as per my understanding! Seniors can correct me if i'm wrong.

I believe the intention should be to make sure you don't give any reason for CIC to reject your application .

1) Yes you can pay for both you and spouse using your credit card - please ensure there is enough time before card expires and that your bank does not put restrictions on CAD$
2) Based on which NOC quota you're applying for - the job description letter should have more or less similar profile as in the NOC description
3) Yes (Otherwise an affidavit with Notory is good enough - ensure the "e-stamp" doesnot have non-english letters, otherwise you might have to submit a translation as well)
4) Yes (Get a bank certificate that you have deposit - the general deposit slip might not be enough)

I saw on the spread sheet someone whose application was received on Sept 10 has his CC get charged.
CIC is moving fast recently.
