But if its NER why CIC will charge CC? They shd just send back the documents...

If CC is charged then that implies to PER only right?

are you still waiting for Per. Im 3012, application reached CIC on Sept 12, CC encashed Dec 01 and no Per yet. Ecas shows " In Process"

still waiting for PER...my consultant already sent an inquiry and hope to have a response within a week. for some reason cc charged was so fast but after that it became super slow. i am trying to call CIC but the trunkline is too busy...i still dont have my UCI nor file number...lets wait...

like what my wife said...i have done my part to send a complete papers...just wait... ;D

NER means negative eligibility review, it means they have reviewed the application but it failed to be eligible, this basically equals to visa denied. Of course they will charge it first before allocating manpower on reviewing it... The application fee is for paying for this review process. If the application itself is not complete, they will send it back without charge.

Same as PER, NER is an email. Both happen only after you get charged.

Quick help required. Please guide if possible.

My application for PR/FSW 2014 under NOC 2174 reached CIC Sydney on 11th SEP 2014 but till now I have not got any confirmation.
Nor my Credit card is charged till date.

I send enquiry mail to CIC with all details on 23 Dec 2014 but have not got any reply yet as well.

Did anyone of you get response for applications reached after 22sep under 2174?
SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND APPLY FOR EXPRESS ENTRY 2015 OR SHOULD I WAIT?

If I remember correctly, 2174 was capped long before September... Prepare for EE.

buddy it is too late now dont waste your precious time as NOC 2174 IS long been done.

you and me the same NOC, and the same Visa Office -
the reasons can be due to failure to pass the background check and MR I think.

by reading all comments here...i know now why i still dont get any PER after deduction last year 30NOV...

my raw points is 66points + canadian relative 5 points + wifes ielts 4 points...so probably they are really scrutinizing everything...

plus my Certificate of employment says electrical equipement engineer but on my contract is electrical maintenance engineer...

hope they dont deduct points... :-X

Me too. My documents are receive on 09/16/2014. Till this time my credit card is not charged and I am still waiting. What do you think about my situation?

Better to prepare for EE. Almost all Sept applicants have been charged.
