I am surprised why you DD is not encashed

usually banks dont have information regarding encashment of DD

Which bank?? From which city/country the DD was issued??

I got DD from dollar east in pakistan.they got it from United Bank Limited Pakistan and it was addressed to JP Morgan Toronto

Why did the consultant take so long to send the mail to you?

With this, it made me think my consultant might have done the same. Still no PER and have totally no idea if my consultant already got it. : : :

This is possible if consultant has mentioned his/her email address on the form instead of yours, so obviously he will be the one receiving the PER email

You cannot check your status online unless you have UCI number.. This number is available on any correspondence from CIC like PER or any of your previous visas to Canada. If you don't have this number, then wait for your PER..
