Mode of payment: card details sent on form

Receiving date: estimated at 13th October.

But I don't know for sure if it's been received because there's been no correspondence from them.

Hello guys can anybody tell me ... I did submitt my application in August which was back due to insufficient experience letter data and again I did submitt in December and just know about some forms are changed like generic forms .... Is my application back now because of old form
