I am also applicant of Sep in NOC 0911 and my application was received on Sep 18th. I hope, Sep applicants may receive PER from start to end Dec,14. Any point of view on this.

It looks like December 2014 for us. Things seems to have slowed down so don't know how this will affect us.

Yeah May be you would right. But we should be optimistic and most importantly pray for speedy PERs from CIO. i hope we may hear from CIO around from last week of November to onwards. God help us all dear.

hi, i want to ask something that ,, in the document checklist we need to provide COPIES of certain documents. Are these copies need to be Certified or we have to attach the plane photocopies of documents like degree, Experience certificate etc. ?

Hi, my husband is going to apply under FSWP. He is has 2 years of work experience in India and currently working in Canada. I have few questions related to our application:

1. Based on Document checklist, all employers reference letter is required. My husband has his refernce letter from Indian company, but does he have to get reference letter from his canadian employer too (NOC skill B) since my husband is going to apply under FSWP based on his Indian work experience which does fall under 1 of the eligible 50 occupations & not based on Canadian experience?

2. In Generic application form: which case processing center should we choose since we are located in Toronto?

3. My husband's relative lives in Toronto and is a Permanent Resident for last 20 years. We were planning to add his documents as per checklist to prove our relation to him. However, the relative is a cousin uncle from mother's family meaning mother and uncle are cousins. With respect to that they do not have a common parent. In that case is it possible to still add him as a relative? If yes, then what documents should we add since Birth Certificates would not be helpfull in this case.

In Document list, it is written as "ORIGINAL or COPIES", so copies or photocopies are the same. No certification required for Diploma/Degree, Employment letter except the documents which require translation (document not in english/french) as already stated in the FSW guide version 2014. You must refer to the FSW guide 2014 found in cic.gc.ca website.
Note: in the document list you might have read the phrase " copies, unless otherwise stated".

Visa Office where you have written in the Generic form may ask the original copies at a later stage of your application.

I did 4-years bachelors in Electrical Engineering(specialization in Telecommunication), and i have more then 4 years of experience in telecommunication industry working with 3 different companies..

Can you please guide me which NOC category will be the most suitable for me?

Dear,
Experience letters should preferably be original, if not possible then must be attested from notary public. Rest all photocopies which you are sending should also be attested from notary public or from people mentioned in Guide.
