I also haven't received anything new. I hear that getting AOR from Vienna (or perhaps any office) is rare, so I'm thinking I'll be sitting with the same updates for months :S. We shall see!

I got a 'decision made' notice on ecas. Says letter was mailed on October 11. Meds were also received. Looks like all is going well. They took quite a while on my application ( prob coz it was 12 inches thick). But anyway both the aor update and the decision update were only updated right next day after I sent Cic emails to update my file on ecas asap. Although I emailed them before the avg processing time the action in each case was taken next day. I had emailed them on Friday to update my ecas and saw an update this morning. Same when I didn't receive aor for about 2 weeks I emailed them and next day it showed up. But anyway onto the next step my record can be updated on the spreadsheet.

Doesnt really mean anything, you are still on progress for SA (probably medicals were received as you mailed them initially with your application)

Do SA notices are sent via email or through a physical letter in regular mail? both?

If it is through a physical letter, when it was dated and how long it took canada post to deliver it to you?

We received the SA via email and we where informed that we will not receive an actual letter beside the email.

You need to provide exact date your application was received in Mississauga and which VO office
