Where does one get information on their MP? I am in Toronto. What is the good time to approach them? I have been waiting for PPR for 3 months now but still within the 13 month timeline of CEC.

Sailing in the same boat. I also need the information of my MP. I am in North York. http://northyork.foundlocally.com/Local/Gov-FederalMPs.htm

There are 7 MP's in York region. Which one I should go and what is the procedure?

these days the process is a bit slow. It is currently taking more than 15 days to get passport back. A month ago it was only 7 days.

Seems because of Summers? Anyways...I am waiting for PPR for last 2 months...God knows when I will get this..but one thing is sure..there is no excitement now...this delay add lots of frustration.

I would say that the CPR is your record of landing And I would hold on to it.

important information.
my medical was received by cic on 12 may. it was on ecas on 15th may. i havnt heard back from cic from this above date.
i decided to put a request through MP to ask about my case.

I Received a call from the MP office and they told me that the immigration ottawa said that my due date for the final review is june 26th.
i would wait until 26th and get back to mp on july first week if i did not hear back from cic.

I applied for GCMS notes exactly a month ago. I haven't received them yet. Is this also getting delayed nowadays ?

I got an email requesting my passport on Monday June 9th and ECAS status has changed to "Decision Made" as of today.
Finally!
I'll be mailing my passport out today. Question: I have booked a flight on June 26th. Do you think I will get my passport back by then?
I'll send a cover letter informing them about my upcoming trip along with the passport.

my docs were sent on 3rd week of april. and received medical request within 4 days.
i went to the office in person. they are allowed to make 7 calls a day. they said there are 4 immigration officers daily to take these calls. they first give your details to immigration officer . then the officer calls back with the file details.

Currently it is taking around 10-15 days to get passport back. It is possible to get your passport back before 26th.
Just make sure you use overnight postage.

No activity from 28th March,2014! I wonder how many more days they will take to start looking at my file again!
