Toby: just got MR for my wife and i.

They also asked for additional police certificate from UAE and Pakistan.

I havent lived in Pakistan, why would they want my certificate from there. I visited there for 10 days. My wife is from there, so for her i can understand.
Lets see.

Carefully read the email again, maybe they're asking for PCC for your spouse?

Nope i did not. My previous country of residency was USA. I have lived in the US for 11 years only moving here 3 years ago.

bafakih, For myself also E-CAS shows- We started processing your application on April 15. However, No medical or RPRF request yet.

If you went to Pakistan they do some more screening -- Many Pakistan applicants had this issue.. Best wishes

I see that, but i went there for 10 day at most and also i am not a citizen of pakistan. The consulate will not accept my document.
In the requirements it stated, You need police clearance from any and all countries where you have lived for 6 or more months in the last 10 years. Last 10 years, lived in pakistan for 10 days, it does not qualify but they ask and i have to submit some how. Lets see.
Should i call CIC and ask them or email CPC-O and ask them?

Yes, It makes sense to email them and clear the doubt. Call centre will not be helpful for this

Since you're not a Pakistani citizen I am not sure. But, for your wife yes ID Card copy and passport copy would suffice to get a PCC and if your relative have reference than they can easily get PCC with in an hour. My dad arranged mine and my wife's PCC within two hours.

Hope this help.
