My medicals were uploaded on 2nd April but still doesn't reflect on ecas. I will mail them scan of UMI number.

How long does it usually take for us to receive the passport back from CIC with the VISA after we ship the passport to them? Any idea?

Simply send them the receipt again You'll get the PPR soon.

Can range from a couple of days up to 1-2 weeks, depending on how far away from Ottawa you live.
If you live somewhere, way out there, in the Yukon it might take a little longer than it would if you were
living in Toronto.

Well, I live in Ottawa... It's been a week since I sent my Passport to CIC... Last leg of the wait is a killer...

No, Toby.. It's not been activated yet... I know refreshing the page every 5 minutes is not going to make a difference, but I can't stop doing it..

Never, ever say that again ;D We should be thankful for 4-day weekends 8) 8) Been waiting for almost a month now -
for any communication from CIC...

Yes patient is important , I also thank every time communication with CIC they always reply back in next day, from up date reference letter,sent PCC,and now asking extra time for RCMP even they not say yes yet., hope everything goes well, waiting RCMP come and send to CIC as soon as possible.

That would be a good idea!! Canada post is running out of cash for any new development. I am sure they would appreciate free development. Could also be your first Canadian deed as a PR holder
