My ECAS status has been updated today to decision made, but I have not heard anything from CIC yet.
I'm kind of nervous and refreshing my e-mail a lot.

Relax :) You won't hear anything from CIC. Since your from a visa exempt country you will find
the CoPR in your mailbox in a couple of days :)

Please see quote below.

CIC has implemented one standard form, the Medical Report: Client Biodata and Summary
(IMM 1017), for all immigration categories. This form displays the following:
 Client information (biodata);
 Immigration information;
 IMM Type: EDE; Non EDE; Refugee-Overseas
 IME grading; and
 Panel Physician Declaration.

Yah Passport stamps are good evidence. Also you can send in phone bills that has your name and address, for last few months.
Plus pay stubs showing work hours.

Add a cover letter saying, where you were in last 6 months.

Thank you iamroth. I get those done as early as possible.

I just realized only my MR came in and nothing for my wife :( A bit delay? Or immigration officer accepted her previous medical exam way back April 2013 under open work permit application?

Medical test results are valid for 12 months. They either accepted it or they're going to request new medical
test results in the next couple of days. As the CoPR is also valid 12 months from the day your completed the medicals.

Yea, that's right. My friend got me confused. He said that medical exam results is valid for 3 months only. Thanks Toby!

Neither I send her medical exam results to CIC nor inform them that she had a previous one. I have no idea if you can use medical exam results from one application to another application with different category. Seniors and experts can answer you. But I'm sure medical exam results is valid for 12 month for permanent residence as per CIC.
