I know, some things take time :) I ordered another set of GCMS notes yesterday. Hope to
get some insight on what's going on when I get them in 30 days... or maybe, who knows,
get the CoPR by then... :)

Hi,

Got my MR today :) but date of the letter was dated April 8 ?? Apart from that two separate emails came in before the MR:

First email: Client Information: Receipt of information from client Please confirm your country of residence for the last 6 months, from the date of this letter.

Second email: Client Information: Receipt of information from client Please confirm your country of residence for the last 2 months, from the date of this letter.

I'm thinking the information they are requesting are like letter of employment and passport stamps. Please give us some advise what else should I provide other than above mentioned.

Thanks...

Yah Passport stamps are good evidence. Also you can send in phone bills that has your name and address, for last few months.
Plus pay stubs showing work hours.

Add a cover letter saying, where you were in last 6 months.

Hi All,

While updating RPRF receipt , only email should be fine or we need to send hard copy to CPC-O?

Email is suffice.

Hello friends,
May be CIC does't like our batch getting PR.The slow process now became very very slow..Now am not excited about PR... :(

Sent the required documents to CI:

- Reference letter from my manager - But it's not in Company letter head. However, it has all the required info with complete address, contact & signature. I wrote a cover letter explaining why my manager cannot give this letter in a company letter head. Good thing is he is ready for reference in case CIC calls. In addition to him 2 more managers have agreed for reference and I included their contact info as well in the letter. Hopefully it will be sufficient.

- Residential Intention - prepared a letter and gave honest justifications from my side. Now it is upto CIC to take a call.

Now wait starts again.

Cheers

Seems like we will be getting our PR soon. I hav got medical booked for 24th april. I was wondering what is the landing process and where i can get it done.
I am getting marry in october. Do i have to complete landing and then apply for my spouse. I want to apply for him after i get my Permanant residence.
I am going oversea for wedding. I was thinking to land when i would b cmng back to canada in november.
But as i will get my marriage certificate in october. Can i apply for my spouse before landing in canada. Or i can only do that after i land.

My ECAS status has been updated today to decision made, but I have not heard anything from CIC yet.
I'm kind of nervous and refreshing my e-mail a lot.
