Did anyone face payment issues? I was trying to pay RPRF fees and it kept giving message "Payment failed".

I am just wondering if it is only me..

I had the same issue but changed the credit card and worked perfectly fine. It seems we need to put some information and scan the receipt. Should deal with it tomorrow then.

toby- thanks for the info. You continue to be a star.

great! do check the credit card you used first time... your CC may have been charged but would be refunded by CIC after 5-6 working days if the transaction failed... this happened to me last time when i was processing my payments and it charged me 6 times for failed transactions....

Hi toby,,,
I just filled the form , hope you got my timeline details ..

Hi Rock_star,

Can you please sent me details of how to do medical upfront? I submitted my application on Sep 2013 and received AOR on 15th Nov. waiting for my MR request.

Thanks

Looking at the spreadsheet, I am the only one who received the RPRF request without receiving the medical request!

They are planning to finish September today...How many are still left for MR ?

Hi Folks,

The RPRF request email says as below:

You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant·

You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one·

Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490· Click “Submit”

Just wanted to make sure I pay the correct fee and proper way - I should pe paying the fee for me and my spouse together by mentioning 2 in the box beside the fee amount..correct? and for dependent kids there is no RPRF fees.

Correct. There's not RPRF fee for children. Only for the PA and spouse/common-law partner.
