Then, whatever the document was ( if important for the processing of your application ), send it again to the new email.
But keep in mind to only send documents to CIC when you're asked for the document.

I was sending additional documentation for my application. So should I send it or refrain until CIC comes back and asks? The document is another document that I received from my employer with regards to my work experience for my PR application. Suggestions please.

If your reference letter shows proof of duties and 12 months experience and is not missing information, then
don't submit it. CIC does not need additional documents unless they ask for it or your initial letters were
missing information.

That's great news for you!! Mine still says "Application Received" :-X :-X
As long as yours shows "In Process" you're fine! That's a big step in the right direction!

Hi Toby!!
How are you? I tried to look at ur reply but i could not see it..
Thank you...

Hi goliath,

welcome back! Please find my response quoted below

Hi rhea,

your AOR probably got lost, maybe in your spam folder. Have you tried logging on to ECAS to check your application status? Look on the CIC Links page for a link to ECAS and try to log on. If you can log on you should be able to see your application status. In that case, I would contact CIC ( either by email or phone ) and have them check your email address on file. Maybe there's a typo in your email. If you have applied in September, then you should be receiving the medical request pretty soon, so make sure the contact information CIC has on file is correct.

Hope this helped,

- Toby

I had attached the proof of duties in my covering letter and had a letter of reference from my employer which stated that I have been in Canada from Jan 2013 . I was in Canada from Jan 2011 - Nov 2012 and after a brief break came back in Jan 2013 and have been here since then. I had submitted other docs from my employer for my previous visit to Canada. So I suppose that the document can wait to be sent again. Please advise.

CIC is not as interested in proof of when you came to Canada, but more whether you have gained
the required experience or not. So if you letter of reference, in combination with your T4 and NOA
proofs that you have gained the minimum of 12 months, then you're all good - no need to submit more documents.

Thank you Toby!
I always checked my ECAS and still says "application received".. i will call today probably..thank u so much..
good luck for us!!!
