After paying the RPRF fee, I know we need to send the receipt to CIC via email. But do we also need to send the receipt to CIC via post?

No, you don't have to mail the receipt, email is enough.

Got my medicals done today from Francis Li's office. I got there around 8:45am and there was already a line-up - clinic opens at 9am. Took me a total of 3 hours. The receptionist said it'd take 2-3 weeks for the results to be uploaded and sent to CIC while the doctor said 1-2 weeks. I'd like to go by his word.
