IMPORTSANT Can I get Extention to provide additional document requested by CIC

I got an email to provide additional documents to support my application by April 7 but I am not ready with all my documents that required to send them CAN I GET EXTENSION FOR ONE WEEK TO SUBMIT THOSE DOCUMENTS

PLEASE REPLY IF YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE

I tend to over think things and wanted to check and make sure that I am submitting all the information that CIC needs from me.

CIC requested medicals from me a couple of days ago. I did the tests today and know that all the results will be uploaded to emedical and sent to CIC.

The two page letter was a Medical Examination Instructions and a Medical Report Client Biodata and Summary (Form IMM 1017E).
Am I supposed to have the Medical Report form filled out and send this in to CIC or does the emedical cover this?

Great News! I just got my Medical request today. My application had reached CIC on 13th September. For all those still waiting, dont worry, Medicals are on the way....

As long as I get it I don't mind. Main stream applicants had to wait, so I am guessing I will have to wait too.

There are still people left between 19-23rd.

I won't panic, I will wait for one month, then boom hits the panic button!

i think some of September member are inactive in here thats why we dont know they got their MR or not.....

Guys... I heard from a friend that if you try to email CIC, CPC-O for anything without being asked to, they'll have to pull out your application out in order to file every correspondence, and some VOs may put it back in queue, but some may simply put it at the back of the queue.
It may sound a little plausible. I've no idea if it's true.
So just a heads up... Maybe think twice before trying to contact them by email?

Umm it does not sound plausible. You can always inquire about your application, they are not moving physical files here. It is an electronic file number, they put in the number, see your status of the application and let you know. There will not be any moving up/down of queue here.

But yes I agree, you should keep the correspondence to a minimum, contact when you must. Don't write them "holiday greetings", or don't email for updates every other day.

That may bring in the 'Human Factor' of VO, if you know what i am saying

When you officially become a PR, that is when you land.
