Hey guys..I'm another silent but avid reader of this topic...I was waiting to get my MR with baited breath before I would post anything..
That being said...Just got my MR today!!! (Actually it was Mar 29th but my lawyer just sent it to me now) ;D

Application received - Sept 16th
AOR - Nov 6th
MR - Mar 29th
RPRF - Upfront

Give it a couple of hours, maybe you'll get it later. But yes, I've seen that before.

Yes. If you haven't done the ME for a visa in the past 12 months, then yes, the wait is still on.

My status changed to in Process to Today. I checked yesterday it was still Application received.
But it says: "We started processing your application on March 28, 2014."
I paid RFPR upfront and did Medicals upfront as well.
