Yes. I actually submitted notarized (translated) PCC with application, but without the original. Now they're requesting the original.

Interesting, I think I submitted the original along with a certified translation with my application.

Second that, the clinic in Kitchener is very well organized. My doctor even took the time to email me the weekend after to confirm they had sent the complete medical file and that there were no medical issues found.

A question , since you have completed your medicals upfront, what would be the process from here on?
As, I believed that if one did upfront medicals, Medicals wouldn't be requested. Since, you have got the request now, would you send CIC an email with the proof of completed medicals?

Correct, guess that the medicals have were not uploaded at the time CIC issued
the MR and that's why this applicant received the MR from CIC.

I called the physician today and they told me it was uploaded on 8th april .After getting an acknowledgment from the doctors office i mailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa notifying the updated document and they confirmed the receipt of M.E just now.So waiting for PPR ;D

Just received my notes. No activity on my file, as I suspected. The notes were created on March 11th.
However, I could see that my medicals were received and my PPRF payment now says "Completed" instead
of "Outstanding". Rest is the same than in January ;D The wait is still on.

In my GCMS notes. It says on the first page

and under incoming items on page 12 somewhere it said
