One more thought, I think CPC-O issues MR based on the time they received the application, not based on the AOR date.
Yes, I would send scans of the passport and a scan of her birth certificate ( if she hasn't acquired a new citizenship yet ). That should be enough proof for citizenship.$albert$ said:just got MR now.....
