Tracking sheet, inform cic about that too?

... I wish it was We'll see. Was hoping to get the application finalized and done by the end of the month, so I can land and get my PR card
before my trip to Europe in summer.

You can email CIC and inform them, that you've completed the medicals. Scan the sheet and send
it with your email, if you want. But, you don't have to.

I can't make sense of the order in which applications are processed, ECAS statuses are changed and PPRs are being sent.

Yes, but you at least know that they're working on your file and it's only a matter of time
I haven't heard anything since I received the AOR
