hopefully CPP-O picks up my file too....our timelines are kind of same...

Looks like CPP-O swept through all the applications till Feb 2013 and graded them in some order (not necessarily by the date the file was transferred). I have submitted request for GCMS notes to see if my file is stuck on anything that has not been communicated. It is very unlikely CPP-O would do anything at random and not care about the file transfer date.

Received RPRF and Medical Request from CPP-O today Nov 28, 2013 !!!

katyyy,
I have applied and got the PCC from India and UK and i don't mind spending extra money , if they ask latest one. Nonetheless I have PCC ready to submit.

P_sreesanth,

How long did it take to get the Indian pcc ?what's the validity of Indian pcc? Are u going to send the pcc to ottawa or wait for them to ask for it ?

Depends on two things:
a) Time. Is it really important for you to save X weeks delay in getting PR? Where X weeks is how long your PCCs take to get.
b) Money. Can you afford to lose the money on PCC? For example if your application is delayed (hopefully not) and you have you get a second set.

ta2

thanks for ur suggestion !

I can afford to lose money but can't afford any delay in getting PR...

Katyyy,
Indian - PCC - takes close to a 30-40 days and UK - 10 days
I recieved Indian PCC - 3 months back and UK - 1 month , both is valid upto 1 yr

If it's not too expensive then 30-40 days is probably time worth saving.

Not sure if you can send it off before it's requested, I suggest searching for the answer to that question.

Another one who got PER in 2013, as well as Jessica. Still hoping for this to be a trend, but not holding my breath! Will get mine whenever I get it...

Afraid I'm not sure on the answers to your questions.
