I am unable to check my status through my online service last 2 days. Has anyone faced the same situation?

Received GCMS, they have transferred my file to CCP-Ottawa for TFR - eligibility
There is one typo error my company name,
Secondly - my work experience is 5+, they have considered only minimal one year and awarded 15 points.
Any thoughts on how to get corrected?

Hello Sreenath,
Even for me they considered only 3 years of work exp...even though i mentioned about 8 years of work experience in same category with reference letters from my previous employers. I am not sure how they are calculating work ex. In my GCMS notes initially someone has noted that i don't have one year of full time exp as per reference letters i provided & referred it to VO who reviewed it after two and half month & considered 3 years of work ex out of my 8 years of work ex. Close call but survived!! In my point of view, as long as you got PER & you got points greater than 67 you should not worry too much about ur experience.

I have one more question on my visa situation. I applied for FSW with arranged employment and received PER now. Now my spouse has got admission in full time Ph.d and she has got her study permit too. I am eligible to get open work permit on basis of her study permit now but my FSW application is tied up with my existing work permit which i got on basis of positive LMO. I just want to know what will happen to my FSW application if i will apply for open work permit? Will they still consider my application or i need to do one more application.

gaurav1182, thanks for update on your GCMS. Its strange we have >5 yrs , we should be eligible max points.

Based on GCMS, File transferred to Ottawa on 26th May. Flocks I applied and received PCC from India, should I dispatch PCC it to Ottawa address through mail?

MY QUESTION :

MY REPRESENTATIVE I FILLED MY APPLICATION WITH ISN'T IN GOOD TERMS WITH ME ANYMORE FOR SOME REASON - I AM deciding to file for cancelling a representative

a) How do I do it
b) Does it affect my file
c) Can the Representative do somethng to my PR file due to this by transmitting any wrong info etc - I am just tensed
d) What if the Representative has received a passport request for me and has missed the email from Embassy - is there any other way to find out -

Actually NDVO takes much time after receiving passport for visa stamps trends show on forum.
It dos not effect your case if you cancel rep. if you did not purchase job through him or her....
I do not think so that your rep. miss the email ....
for cancellation of your rep. you have to fill out the form download from www.cic.gc.ca

download second last form for cancellation of rep.
