Hi everbody, i filed my application in sept.i got my AOR .but i am going to india in Jan.Is it possible to transfer my medical if its come by that time.

I filed the application and got AOR last month.
Now I would like to send an updated reference letter to CIC.
Is it ok to send it now? Will they consider this new updated reference letter instead of the old one?
If so can I have the mailing the address where I need to send.

Based on the recent trends and time lines, I don't think our, September applicants, application will be processed before February 2013.
