Hey, in 3 days it's gonna be 1 year and all I have in e-cas is "Application Received on Sep 17, 2012".
At this point should I be contacting CIC? I requested case notes 8 days ago, It will still take a while to get it.

Braveman, I edit my post here to add for Notes: Biodata and RPRF requested September 4, 2013, and provided September 5, 2013.

I'm from a Visa-exempt country (USA) so I've never been asked for my passport. I don't know what happens next.

Well, I just got my 3rd set of GCMS.

As of August 27, 2013, my file hadn't been touched since May 25, 2013. My June 10, July 25 and August 27 GCMS notes are all identical...

I don't know what to think anymore...I sent them 3 emails already asking what's the hold up. I don't know what to do now. Like, I don't even know what contingencies to plan for here. What's the worst case scenario and what would my options be in that case? Should I just seek out a lawyer? This is worse than rejection...

Couple of days back, I received an email from CIC (below is the content)

The problem here is i have hired an immigration consultant. The forms he has submitted on my behalf has his email address for communication regarding my case. Before 2 times, I have personally contacted CIC through my personal (********@live.com) email address, they (CIC) acknowledged it & duly communicated with me. Now. When I am emailing them about my MR status, they sent me the above mentioned email.

Is it possible for us, to add 2 email addresses on our case files. Guys, any thoughts on this.. I would really appreciate it if anybody can give me a some sound advice.

I just wonder where it was transfer, if it was transfer to other place may be the way is taking long uh?
