Initially, I did not include PCC reports of both me and my spouse and sent my application for submission to CIO Sydney, NS.
I applied at VFS Ottawa on Sep 19, 2012 and today when I checked the status Online it says

"Your processed application has been dispatched to your address specified through UPS/ Canada Post on 21-Sep-2012. You can track your passport by accessing the respective website mentioned on your receipt. "

Does it mean, my PCC was done in 2 days and sent to me? I am surprised!

Yes, thats correct. Now you can send your PCC to CIC as soon as you receive your file no. through AOR. BTW, were your passports renewed/issued in Canada (i.e. Indian Consulate in Canada)? coz. thats one of the reasons when you receive the PCC within 1-2 days.

It says, "which render him ineligible for grant of travel facilities including immigration to Canada/USA"

Does it mean, my PCC is clear?
