I am not sure why!!! and after almost 11 months and 25 days!!! I am not seeying a valid reason.. 10 of my friends got the PR with Same referance letter from same co. and possition! Why Me!! :'(

Is there any way what we can change it and send them updated letter from the manager at compney as i previously sent it from agency !!

I am contractor and working wid IBM for as technical support ( for normal humen this thing are enough to understand that this is IT job) but my current manager is ready to give me letter can i send them? Guys pls help :'(

Sorry to hear this !!! You can only appeal in immigration court against your decision using a lawyer. Once cic makes a decision they will not entertain any updated reference letters or documents. Better to take advice of a good immigration lawyer and or reapply with your updated letter. (Appeal time is within 16 days from decision made).

Sorry tohear, LakshyaPR. Could you let us know what NOC you applied under and maybe copy the email CIC sent you,
that'd give a little more insight in your case.
I don't think that a letter sent to CIC at this moment would help.

I believe my job tital for both job says everything ! n Organizations that i am working\worked for is IT based!! I attached my duties in saparate sheet also for one of the application form.

If I re apply with diff letter, but for same jobs do they consider it?

If you re-apply now and get a new letter, they will for sure assess your application again, since it's
a new application. But make sure that you have the proper letter with matching duties and the 12 months
work experience in the last 3 years before you apply.

No, my NOC catagories are 2282 and 2281, not 2283!

And yes they are matching but as it was written by person from agency so its words are simple and easy to understand for non technical person. and to support that I also put letter written by me as well as hiaring letter including all duties in technical and proper words!! Hiaring letter is completely matching with NOC catagory and it has everything! and it was on compnies' letter!!
