LOL I hear ya, mine is 16mths processing time and that is 16 mths from the time it hits the VO not from the time you apply either.

These are horrible time line 3year waiting without your spouse its like 3 years wasted
Anyway wish things goes on smoothly n rapidly

Hi Lila23....where did you approval email come from CPP-M or CPP-O?

thanks in advance

Does anyone know what's up with the "Case Processing Pilot" in CPP Ottawa? Our approval letter says that CCP Ottawa is our visa office, even though we live in the US and New York would normally be our visa office. Does this mean that we'll need to courier our passports to Ottawa to get the visas when we are ultimately approved, or does just the processing happen there, and then the visas are issued in New York? What about interviews, if required? We don't expect to need one - we've been married since the 1990s (which would make ours the longest-known fictitious marriage... ever), but it seems like it would be pretty weird to require us to travel to the country we're trying to move to in order to get the visa to get there). I guess we'll just hope that this means we'll get the 8-month Inland processing time rather than the 11-month processing time in NY.

We'll go with the flow, but it seems like the whole process is in flux all over the place!

Hi fellow September applicants....looks like its gone a little quiet over the last few days....lets just hope that we get a flurry of good news before the weekend. So worrying when you see applications filed after yours getting approval - I'm pleased for them but just want this bit to be over. I guess those of us using this forum will be the tip of the iceburg and whilst our applications can look out of sync they probably are not in the overall grand scheme of things, who knows how they distribute the files!!

On a separate note does anybody know if a file/application number is only issued after sponsor approval or at the same time as generating a UCI for sponsor?

Anyways, speedy processing wishes to us all.

uci# and application # generated together!! so an aor and/or approval will contain both!!! :D

Hi everyone!

I just joined the forum and I put my details in the spreadsheet.

I already received my AOR and sponsorship approval via email yesterday - weird that I got both in one day. But thank God my application is progressing sooner than expected.

Thanks KJG so if I've managed to get hold of an application number thats the one starting with a F and 9 numbers then I could consider this an AOR but not approval at this stage? Thanks in advance.

Thank you soooo much. Had complete drama here with London VO changing computer systems. Got letter saying problem with daughters medical...turns out DMP did not complete 2 sections!! Could not tie up the paperwork until I had a UCI or application number which I did not have until CPP-M issued an AOR as we are still awaiting sponsor approval...apparently they are using a temporary medical system in London VO that does not relate to anything generated elsewhere!!

Ecas has been updated to medical received. so i am guess the Delhi VO has the application.

Where do we find that, if it's updated? I can only see " Application Received" status. Thanks.
