Poor Quince. It's easy to get disheartened, I know. Just think about all the years of happiness you're going to have in Canada. A few months of waiting for the door to open seems like a drop in the ocean to me, when I think about it that way. That said, I see tons of people from Manila getting PPRs in December that applied just after me and I get so jealous. Why is it so fast there??

My husband received a request for payment of landing fees this morning! I (the sponsor) was CC'd on the email.

For those wondering about eCas, up until yesterday, it remained unchanged from the 'Application Received' status showig the date it was received in Mississauga. Ecas isn't the most reliable source for information...your email is!

That's a good sign that your application is almost at its final stage! Many people keep mentioning how e-cas is unreliable, so you proved it once again.

The VO said if we don;t get it by Feb 1st to call back.. Oh the wait was killing me.. I'm happy now. Now onto getting Quebec approval as soon as we receive our letter.

I checked eCAS today and my address disappeared! Still no DM change though, but is this a good sign?

I just read a thread and a couple of people said that their address disappeared just a few days before they got a Passport request... So I would think it's a good sign.. I never read anyone saying it's a bad sign... But I know I'll be a little nervous when it happens to me Good Luck

My address too vanished yesterday...

But One of the June applicants who recently got visa, even that applicant's address vanished yesterday... So I guess address vanishing and reappering doesnt mean anything...
