I am applying 4th time TRV for my wife.
The app is on its way to VFS Hyderabad.
I have told my wife 100% chances that you may not get.

I will also apply for the 5th time when she gets her AOR.

6th Time when passport request is made.

Infact I will also apply for TRV after getting PR.

Maybe apply for TR after she comes to Canada.
And then apply for TR after she gets Citizenship.

I will keep trying for TR till my death!

omg! i already applied for NSO advisory on marriages this morning but i was told to be back after 5 days for its release :(.

@emrn: so, you also have the attached Appendix A, with Appendix B at the back? but you just ignore it. hehehe, im just wondering why they still need to print Appendix B when it is not required. :)

Have some new info from the visa office berlin,

They send me 2 letters

Letter 1:
they send me all the pictures, and orginal documents back! Stated in the letter: At this time, these documents are not required for continued processing of your file.
Is that a yeayy? i geuss so :P :P

Letter 2:

Ok. Here we go, this is what they asked me literally in the letter they send me:

-> Birth registration/certificate for yourself. This must be received at this office by: 02/29/2012
-> A separate and newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration form (IMM0008 Schedule 1) bearing original signature(s) for yourself. Please fill the gaps in Schedule 1,# 15, 07/1990 - 01/1994 This must be received at this office by: 02/29/2012
-> A complete CVsince the age of 18. This must be recieved at this office by: 02/29/2012

i filled out the whole IMM0008 Schedule 1 again, including the missing date where i was living from 07/1990 - til 01/1994
(thats stupid, becouse i started at 1994, because i was 18 from then, and they requested it from the age of 18 BUT ANYWAY!)

Now the last question they ask for! I redid the whole IMM0008 Schedule 1, including updates till now!
But do i have to make a whole seperate CV as going from 18 again, on a separate paper?? Becouse all the information is already in IMM0008 Schedule 1 anyway!??

Please help

Hey Marco
that's great you heard from berlin, getting the pictures and documents is definitely a good sign. :)
As for the other letter: If you didn't include a birth certificate you have to send it and maybe they are not sure about your year of birth (because of the 1990/1994 mixup)? What year are you born? Did you maybe fill it out wrong on the forms.
As for the CV, I would just sent a seperate one, even if its double with the form, make sure you leave absolutely no gaps.

Yeaaaa i will make a CV from my 18th even when its double. I forgot 4 years on the places where i lived my life. i forgot to ad 1990 till 1994, on 1990 i was 18 lol, and not 1994 Whoops!.
And i forgot the birth certificate :o

Have the weekend for it :D Berlin is closed on monday anyway too!

I wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope that our apps move along well without long delays!

Quince, Happy New year.

That's strange, when I called the CIC info line and asked about it, they said I didn't need a birth certificate because it was a spousal application, therefore the relationship I had to prove was the one to my spouse, which is of course not in the birth certificate. Misinformed again it seems... I think I will get a request for a birth certificate too then...
