I`ve found that too in my ecas, and it said received Oct 11 ?????? I guess it should be done in next 2 weeks ??? ???

It is really "raining luck" on you....please let know what is the type of Identification number you used for login and where did you locate that number.

Cause I applied 14 days before you, but I cannot login

I logged in to E-Cas today and found out the following:

Sponsorship Application(s)

Sponsored Person Sponsorship Application Status Permanent Residence Application Status

*************** Application Received Application Received


But the decision has not been made yet.

Please let know which ID number you used for login in?

One clarification is that they have written that my application was received on 14 September and not 13.

I got my sponsorship approved today. It was funny because I called CIC today morning around 8:15 AM and asked them for information on my file. I was told that my file hasn't been opened yet and was asked to call back in 2 weeks time. The call center agent was pleasant and checked my file and also the current processing time (which, according to her, is still 66 days). I ended my call with her at 8:30 AM. I checked back my email around 9:15 AM and I had the sponsorship approval email from CIC sent to me at 8:37 AM. Just want to let you guys know that call center people do not always have the current up-to-date information.

Good Luck to all the people waiting for their approval. I got lots of useful information from you guys and I'll stay on this Sep thread and will update you guys with every step in the process.
