Also, if have access to eCAS, I would recommnend signing up with eCAS tracker at https://ecas.carroll.org.uk/

That way, you dont have to be so compulsive about eCAS (like I was starting to become!!!)

On the bright side, they gave us our client ID numbers, so now we have something to sign into eCAS with, speedily-updating site that it is. :

I called, not yet opened file.

If you go to the menu "Profile" (top menu) --> new page opens in which "Modify Profile" (on left side) under Forum profile information.
there you will be able to add these info.
