What the hell is this? its takes literally 20 mins to go through all the papers and make sure very thing is there all they do anyways is go through the document checklist...I wish I was a visa officer I would get through these applications at the speed of light because I know how frustrating it is for others UGHHHHHHHH...What can we do to speed up this process??!?!

Tina they do check to see if we are on welfare and not being an undischarged bankruptcy also for other questions they check to make sure its right that our certificates are updated and thanks to all those people that sent in HUGE package they have to check those too and they also make notes on file to say this might be a legit relationship based on documents etc so while I too wanna get out of CPC-M i am not gonna say its easy especially with some of us that feels more is better :

processing time on their web site is absolutely incorrect..Do not believe that.... they are working on July 23 in fact... it is just that they are trying to reduce amount of phone calls from applicants regarding status of their applications !!!

We sent our 1.25kg package (I thought it would be heavier...) out yesterday Priority (Candian) Post - they said it will be there by Friday!!! I am so relieved and excited and nervous all at the same time! My Inland app is on its way sent with love! (it also included a owp app too!)

As my application is inland - if I'm not mistaken I have 10-11 months before my first stage of approval...so.... here's to the waiting game!
Now.... what to fill my days with.... can't work yet!

By the way, how about other applicants, did you choose yes or no to give CIC the consent?

We chose yes. I also included with my application an OWP application as well so if they want to send my info to someone who possibly would want to hire me? I'm up for that! hope it helps!
