Dear All,
In August'11, I have applied as federal Skilled Worker for
immigration; but unfortunately my file is returned due to Cap Reached.
I would like to apply again in July'12 for FSW immigration. Would you
please clarify my following queries:

Query 1: Do I use the Previous Police Clearance Letter at the time of
Application in Jul'12. (Issue date of Previous Police Clearance Letter
is 07 Aug'11)?

Query 2: Do I use the Previously Notarized Documents at the time of
Application in Jul'12. (Notarized date of documents is 14 Aug'11) ?

Query 3: Do I use Previous "Letter of Reference of Past Work
Experiences" at the time of Application in Jul'12. (Issue date of
"Letter of Reference of Past Work Experiences" is 4th Aug'12)

I will be very glad to get your answers.

Hi..I applied last Sept 2011 to Buffalo then transferred to Ottawa just last year. Recently I got an email from Ottawa requesting an update of 4 forms. Im just hoping that this will be the start of a speedy processing.. How about you?

You have a job offer, so thats why your process time is faster,maybe.....
Is anyone here from September 2011, without a job offer (FSW1 -Ottawa VO) has got any updates?

I called CIC and after several times was able to get my UCI

Online status says ..... IN PROCESS

how long does it take for PER email after UCI is created
