Hi friends,
Nobody is there to share my worries. How do I know my draft has been encashed? My application reached on 27th Oct 2011. It is going to be 3 months time but I haven't heard from them. So I am worring a lot.

i m also from noc 0631......nd i dont have any job offer.......till this day i didnt get any response from cic.......although it crossed 3months.........i got to know that the cap of noc 0631 has reached in mid september,2011........if u dont have any job offer den ur application will b returned due to cap reach........do u have job offer..........???????

Hi Trishna, you can check the bank where you bought the demand draft. As to your application, im not sure if you made it to the cap for 0631.

Hi Guys,

my application was received by CIO on September 30, 2011. I received my PER on Dec 22, 2011. My mailing address had been posted on my ECAS since then. On first week Jan 2012, I requested for a mailing address change, and my ECAS updated new mailing address posting on Jan. 25th 2012. On Jan 27th, 2012, my mailing address disappeared from my ECAS. Anyone care to comment on this. Thanks.

hi doomit i have not received any thing from my vo buffalo all ready 45 days complete since i received my 1 per from ns Sydney.don't know still how many days i have to wait my ecase showing file received on 12sep.

Hello Amir,

I sent in a hard copy request to my VO at singapore on registered mail. And then again thru the provided web mail on Canada High Commission at Singapore. A week or so after that my Ecas display a change of address and email address.

I was continuously checking on the website that "has 0631 reached to the cap?" and I was sure it was neither filled in the mid of sepetember nor in October. I was even adding for more 20 days applicant numbers in the current date. and with this calculation I have submitted my application. Now the thing is we haven't got any reply from CIC. and I don't have any job offer. In 0631 what is/was your experience, friend?

perhaps my case is exactly the same as yours.application filed on 22nd october 2011,recieved and signed by MIKE on 27th october 2011.
Still no response as yet.
Probably one other member I read about in another thread who,s application is recieved on 27th october 2011 is still looking for reply.
One member perhaps Usmanson who filed his application on 27th oct 2011,has recieved PER just last day,i.e,26th january 2011.
May be we can hear something from them in the next 10 days.

I think you must get AOR in this week as it is most probable time for your draft encashment/aor.
otherwise, you must contact the bank to know abt the encashment of ur draft, you can also contact cic, as significant time has passed, they will respond to your query.

Hi Trishna, Here is the job description you are asking. These are main duties which can be found on the job tool at cic.gc.ca
Job Duties

Restaurant and food service managers perform some or all of the following duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.

However, I have 14 years of experience as a restaurant manager in the philippines and handled 5 stores before going here to canada. My job description is much the same as mentioned above. It seems that almost all the applications on 27th october 2011 are recieved by MIKE.I wish that he has placed our applications in the order he recieved for a review.But by now we should have recieved at least a response.one way to enquire about the fate of application is to call them and anothe way is a query by e-mail.if you can produce an e-mail of CIO, please post it on the forum.
Can somebody tell me when the cap for noc 3112 is reached?
