Because its the officer from Bank who confirmed it.

They (bank officers) do not mean to deceive you Zee. They simply do not have the information, thats it. It takes time to travel from the end user bank to yours.

Lucky18, you shud hv heard from cic by now. Do call them on 2nd Jan and confirm your status. You should be easily in CAP, no worries about that. Call them and ask for your file number, then you can check your status in ECAS
